Shipping Policy

Warehouse Location: Colorado, United States All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Colorado warehouse.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 14:00 MST will be processed and labeled same business day. Orders after 14:00 MST, weekends and US federal holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Domestic US Shipping Options (Contiguous US, Alaska & Hawaii)

1. Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days delivery, flat rate / free shipping over order threshold
2. Expedited 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days delivery, extra expedited fee at checkout
3. Overnight Express Shipping: Next business day delivery, premium shipping cost Shipping rates will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

3. International Shipping

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes are fully the buyer’s responsibility and not included in checkout shipping cost. We cannot predict or cover international customs charges. Delivery time for international orders ranges 7–20 business days depending on destination customs speed.

4. Delivery Address Rules

• We support residential and commercial addresses; some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes
• No address modification is allowed once order is dispatched. Please double-check shipping information before payment
• Failed delivery due to incorrect buyer-provided address will result in return shipping cost charged to buyer

5. Tracking & Shipment Issues

After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent automatically. You can track package status via carrier official website.

Lost / Missing Shipments

If tracking shows lost or undelivered package after carrier investigation (10 business days domestic / 25 business days international):

• Choose full order refund OR free re-delivery of identical goods, no extra cost for buyer

6. Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to restricted regions sanctioned by US federal law. Hazardous items defined by UPS/USPS/FedEx cannot be shipped.

7. Delivery Delay Disclaimer

All delivery times are estimated values only, not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Weather, carrier backlog, holiday rush and customs inspection may cause uncontrollable delays; we offer partial store credit compensation for extreme long delays upon customer application.
