1. Return Eligibility Window
You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation of your order. No return requests will be accepted after this window, per Colorado consumer commerce rules.
2. Item Condition Requirements
All returned merchandise must meet all standards below to qualify for refund or exchange:
- Unused, unopened, unwashed and without any scratches, stains or damage
- Complete original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals attached
- Valid order number and purchase proof (order confirmation email) provided
3. Non-Returnable Items (General Merchandise Exclusions)
The following goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-defective reasons:
- Perishable goods, snacks, food, beverage & cosmetic hygiene products
- Customized, personalized and engraved items
- Gift cards, discount vouchers and clearance marked "Final Sale"
- Intimate personal care goods
4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Claims
If you receive broken, defective, missing or incorrect products, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of package damage, item defects and order ID. We provide prepaid return shipping labels at zero cost to you. You can choose full refund or free replacement based on stock availability.
5. Return Shipping Cost
- Customer-initiated non-defective returns: Buyer bears return shipping fees; no restocking fee charged
- Our fault (defect, wrong item, damaged transit): We cover all round-trip shipping expenses
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once our warehouse receives and inspects returned goods:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Banks, credit card companies or payment platforms may add extra processing delay beyond our control
- No cash refunds; all refunds are processed via original checkout payment channel
7. Exchange Rules
We support exchanges for same-item different size/color subject to inventory availability. Exchange shipping fees apply unless the error is caused by our side.
8. Right to Reject Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that fail condition checks, expired return windows, or violate above terms. Unqualified returned goods will be shipped back at buyer’s expense.
